They make it in the store using their vanilla syrup and various brands of heavy whipping cream. You can easily make the same stuff at home.
First you need to buy a whipped cream container from a store that sells cooking supplies. It should come with small containers of NO2 (nitrous oxide aka. whip-its), buy some extra ones. Then go to Starbucks and buy a large bottle of their vanilla syrup for about 7 bucks. Also ask them for a syrup pump, our store gives them out for free with the syrup. Lastly, go buy a box of heavy whipping cream.
Finally, put 8 pumps of vanilla in the whipped cream canister. Then add 16 ounces of cream (a full grande cup). Put on the lid and the NO2 charger according to the directions. Wait 30 seconds, shake and you're done. You can also experiment with different syrups for different flavors. Peppermint mocha whipped cream is so good! Another variety is Sugar-free vanilla for no carb whipped cream.

Kmart sells "President's Choice" but I like Land O'Lakes sugar free. Adding a greenhouse gas to cream is so quaint. Get an espresso machine and a carton of heavy cream and steam your own if you're so thrifty!
