sometimes if im sitting down and i move my leg..or if i squat down, like to get my clothes out of the dryer or something..i get this really bad pain..it only lasts for a minute, but it hurts really bad..does anybody know what would cause this?

You might have a ruptured disk,it affects the nerve in your leg

Sounds like nerve pain....
Perhaps you entrap your nerve for a second when you move the wrong way, a muscle may move over it the wrong way.
Make sure it isn't a problem with the nerves and discs in your back.

circulatory prob. see your doc afore you get an aneursym!

Is it like a cramping pain? Maybe stretch more often... I dunno. I dont stretch enough and get pains like that too, so that might be it.
