Hey! It's obvious that you have a short in the electrical line. The bigger fuse only let's it get hotter, and more dangerous.

Take your car to a shop that deals with alternators, starters, and electrical problems. They'll fix you up!

If the 7.5 has all ready blown and you stuck a 30 in there, all you managed to do was MORE DAMAGE. You would have been better off to just used another 7.5. Of course it too would probably blow because the short that blew the first one is still there. NEVER replace a fuse with a bigger one and definitely not with one that is 4 times as big!!!

The fuse is allowing too much amperage through the circuit...it's only designed to handle 7.5 amps. Pull the 30amp fuse and replace it with a 7.5 amp fuse before your car catches fire.

something went wrong with it,,and by putting a bigger fuse n it,,it wont allow it to blow it as fast as the smaller one,,you may burn some wires up in it this time before it blows a fuse,,it possible it may catch on fire,,if the wires get hot enough on it,,i own a repair shop and and i always tell people never use a larger fuse than what came out of it,,you may need to take it and have it checked out, something is wrong with it and it may burn up,,good luck with it,,i ope this help,s.

There is something definetly wrong with the electrical system! NEVER, EVER, REPLACE A FUSE HIGHER THAN INTENDED JUST TO MAKE IT WORK. MY OPINION, FIRST RULE OF ELECTRONICS!(house , car or other wise. a house can burn down) always go lower if you dont have the right one temp.

you have a short in your system,by putting in the larger amp fuse your allowing the short to burn your wire, and not your fuse.If you can find that burning wire and see what it connects to,that would probably be were the short is.

Why didn't you use a 22 bullet? Then you would have had fireworks with the smoke.
