Personally I don't think that's a sign of A.D.D; moreso an affect of drugs.

Have a look at the Concerta page. There are some new videos that were just added in the past week. You fit the picture of someone who has ADD since you are trying to self medicate. If you get the right treatment, then the need to medicate with caffeine, pot and alcohol will go away.
If you are still in school, ask to be assessed so that you are put on a level playing field with other students. You are entitled to modifications in your testing so that you are assessed fairly.

A.D.D. isn't a disease, its just a disorder. Smoking weed or any other tabbaco related products kill brain cells. I'm not sure if the effects are temporary or permanent but you gotta stop now or it will be ireversible! You must talk to a doctor!

I don't think that is a.d.d. I think that is side affect of all those toxins your body is taken in like the drugs and that alcohol.
You should go to a detox centre and stay clean for a while. If the symptoms remain then I would say that you do suffer from A.D.D.

It is possible to have ADD in addition to the self inflicted symptoms you describe but it is also likely that your past has caught up with you. Many types of brain damage share the same symptoms. The best thing for you to do is discuss your concerns with your DR. or maybe get a referal to see a neurologist. He/she will most likely give you a battery of tests like; asking you to touch their finger and then your nose several times, having you run the heel of one foot down the shin of your other leg, etc. ADD is only diagnosed when other disorders have been eliminated. Good Luck and may you find your answer.

drugs are bad for you, they do more harm to your brain than you'll ever know, but if I were you, I'd quit all the heavy drugs and if you need to keep one, then just smoke weed and that's it. I'm not trying to encourage you to smoke weed, but weed is probably the safest drug comparing to all the others like cocaine, lsd, crack, and all the other stuff, but quitting everything is not a bad idea because even weed is bad for your brain. so be careful, maybe its time to quit .

well stop thinking so much and go see a medical Doctor for a complete physical examine and don't leave your drug and alcohol abuse out of the story when you talk to the doc, either .

lay off the drugs, wait about 3 months see if you start to improve. If not see a doctor. Drugs like extacy actually eats holes in your brain. So does Pot (kills braincells) If you don't improve, it's not ADD it's brain damage.

you dont have ADD. you just need to quit smoking weed or accept that doing so will create some problems with memory and concentration.
