I filed bankruptsy, which has been discharged. It looks like DANSAN PARK took a bunch of my old debts, lumped them all together and now I have a mar on my credit report, for 700$, dated 1st opened in 2004, but is just now being put on my credit report 9/06? I diputes it w/ the credit bureas but it remains! Help!

Hi, I went through the same thing.

Don't call the lawyer. He/she is finished with you.

Don't bother the trustee. They have thousands of people to work with.

Send copy of bankruptcy discharge paper and copy of paper that shows referenced account was included in bankruptcy to the credit reporting bureau that is showing this account.

If you did not include this account in your bankruptcy you may have problems, especially if it's been over a year since filing. Contact me for more if needed.

Your trustee in bankruptcy should be able to straighten this out quite easily.
Talk to them.
Any money collected by Dansan Park would constitute a fraudulent preference.

that really does not seem right. Maybe try calling the office where you filed bankruptcy.

Unfortunately you need to take this matter up with DANSAN PARK to get it resolved.
