Im constantly thinking about passion. Sometimes i get all hot and dizzy. Is this normal?

Maybe you're have hot flashes. It is totally normal. That all depends on what your description of passion is too.
If you are having sexual day dreams, then i would definitely say you need to relieve some sexual tension.

Some women do this just like most all men. It is not anything to worry about. You will only have sex with who ever it is you want to anyway so it is still your choice. You are just lucky unlike men who feel like you do and are forced to supress it or take the matter in his own hands.
