If you work out, what would you say is the reason? Is it to be in good health? To look good? To feel attractive? And how important is working out in your life?

All of those reasons, plus it's relaxing, helps cope with stress, gets my energy up in the morning, especially running or cycling outdoors when the weather is cool. I don't work out with weights much anymore since I have a shoulder injury that's really painful.

Besides between two soccer teams and an aerobics class I go to four or five times a week it makes up a good part of my social life. It's pretty important to me.

I work out for many reasons the first reason is because I do gymnastics and I need to be in shape to do and improve moves on all four events. My second reason, is one of vanity, yes, to look good, and my third is it makes you discover. When you work out you are discovering the possibilities your body holds and sometimes you amze yourself that it can so those things. My fourth.....I always had a secret dream to be an undercover ninja spy (no joke), and those kinds of people have to be really flexible and versitle to accomplish the most difficult situations.
