I just burned a CD for the first time and I was wondering if I can add more songs to it later? I have a growing collection of music and I want to add more to the disc overtime. Did I just screw up and should have waited until I was done with my playlist or can I keep on adding songs without rewriting it over and over again?

I know you are thinking "what does that have to do with religion?"
so I want to know if there are any songs related to or about Wicca.
Please post artist/band name and the name of the song.

If you used a rewritable cd then yes, there's a way to add songs to the cd as you work out what you want on it.

I don't know if it's the best way, but if you have Windows XP you can simple open the D drive folder and drag the extra songs into the folder when you want to add them. XP has it's own CD writing thing where it will then show 'Files waiting to be written to cd' and then you can click on the appropriate button to write them to disc.

If a file has the same name it will be written over, if not it will be added to the cd.

Good luck ^^

*NOTE* If you chose to 'Finalise' the cd when you wrote it, you will NOT be able to add to it or erase it, rewritable or not.

it depends on what kind of cd u used. some cd's are rewritable others you cant add anything to. it should say on somewhere which one it is, or when u put it back in and try to add more songs to it the computer will reject it if its not rewritable. can't help you with the 2nd part tho.

No, you can't. If you just burn your CD or Copy files to CD, you can't add more songs to it later. If you have rewrite-able CD, it will let you add more songs and rewrite it over and over again without wasting other CD. hope this helps

It depends on how you finished burning the disc. If you closed it out you can not add to it, but if you chose the option to be able to add more, then you can.
