There are.
Israel - 2.1% Christian.
Lebanon - about 40% Christian
Syria- 10%
Jordan- 6%
Iraq- 3% Christian/non-Muslim
Saudi Arabia- estimated 500,000-1 million Catholics
Bahrain- 9% Christian
Iran- About 1% are non-Muslims
Turkey- About 1% are non-Muslims
Egypt= 10% are Christian, of which most are Coptic

The only country with a sizeable population of Jews in the Middle East is Israel. The other countries are made up of Muslims, Druze, Bahai'is, Zoroastrians, Hindus, etc.

And just for future reference: Islam is the name of the religion, Muslims are the followers of the religion.

In Lebanon, the Maronites are Catholic. In Iraq, the Chaldeans are Catholic. Assyrians of Syria are also Catholic. I am not aware of the other Catholics in Middle East countries but I am sure that they do exist. I do not think that the Egyptian Copts are Eastern Orthodox as are Armenians.
