Most of them would be stools. With a standard chair you can back into it and prop yourself up on the chair's back. If our knees were bent the other way, like storks do, then you couldn't back in and sit down, you would have to go forward and then sit on the upper part of your thighs. If you had a support in front of you, like that on the back of a chair then it would get in the way of your hands. You would have to wrap them around the support. If the support was higher so you could use your hands then it would block your vision.
You could use a standard chair backwards, like many people like to do, but they don't like to do it for long. They do it by straddling the chair. You could do that, but then there is that forward support problem. If you leaned on it then it would interfere with your hands or block your vision, or it would have to be so narrow it wouldn't provide much support.
You could design a chair with a back that a person with reverse knees could use. They would have to slip into it sideways and then lean back once seated. But the balance would be off, it would tip backwards too easily, and it would require you to slip your legs under the support, all behind your back and out of your view. It would also be hard to get out of the chair quickly, so it would be a very poor design.

same shape otherwise you'd have to break your back to sit in it. Can you not straigthen your legs or bend them in your chair now? Why not just then aim them upward.
