Cover blister with the softest, nicest dressing you can find
Try to stay off your feet as much as possible

If the blisters are already torn up, very carefully remove the outer skin and dress the wound. And throw out those killer heels! Or, if you just can't bear to lose them, put moleskin on the likely blister sites before putting on the shoes. It helps reduce friction.
