No, this will slow their metabolism and yes it may work for a while but as soon as the person stops fasting they will gain the weight back and possibly even more. This is not a good method for weight loss.

Fasting for fixed time is better, like from the Dusk till dawn is good.
You loose weight, you loose a lot of unnecessary things along with that...
FASTING=== HEALTH

but fasting is appreciated when u r in a good health ok..
