I'm not sure exactly what you mean by 'awful,' but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to say that you may be struggling with depression.
I'm sure you've seen the commercials on TV and have an idea of what deperssion is and what causes it, but it's always important to know that it's not your fault (if you indeed do have depression).
Are you going through a hard spot in your life? Sometimes extenuating cicrumstances can cause us to feel out-of-control and, in turn, helpless and unhappy. Perhaps speak with a counselor because it's my firm belief that every person should have the opportunity to feel happy and fulfilled in life, including you.

Good luck!

You seem to be suffering from depression. Sometimes physical symptoms show up as a result of this. Make an appointment with a doctor, a therapist, and a clergy member. You shouldn't feel awful all the time, as you stated. Good luck to you.

I think it depends on how aweful you feel and how old you are.if you are a teenager, and in high school, you are probably one of millionswho feels bad all the time, its hormones, and you are supposed to feel horrible. If you aren't a teenager, no, most people don't. however, which ever you are, you must understand that it will get better, and you should go talk to your doctor about how you feel.Doctors can help
