hi im 22 and im 50kg , i have a little bit of fat on my tummy,im ok every where else i realy need to tone my tummy ive tryed everything and just cant loose it ,i do 100 sit ups a day and im eating all the rights foods can some help?

Let me reply to the e-mail you sent me....

Let me start by saying that people who use the F word are ugly to me no matter what they look like. It's an ugly word and I feel that people who use it are ignorant. Also, you state that I called you a “Skinny anorexic model”. That statement is untrue, I'm almost sure I said “Maybe”. But whatever I said, I really only meant it as a joke. You asked why he did not want to have sex with you but liked to look at porn. So I gave you some answers to what it might be. As for your “Model” status. I don't know what the heck you look like and I really don't care. You keep throwing it out there that you are a model like I care. Personally, I think most models are stuck up and slutty. But that is just my opinion. I think they should get real jobs, I mean come on one day your looks will fade and then what will you have to fall on. Models don't last more then a few years ya know. Oh and another thing you said, “It's not like I'm unattractive or anything cause I'm a model” you say that like all models are hot. I have news for you, most of them are ugly. Maybe you think I'm ugly and that is fine. Truthfully, it does not matter what you think of me its what I think of myself. I'm happy with the person I can. I feel that I'm attractive. I feel very happy with the life I have. I'm 21 years old and I've been VERY happily married for almost 2 years and I have lived in 2 different states in the US and now I currently live in Okinawa, Japan with my wonderful husband who is in the military and I own my very own business. My husband and I are not in debt like many Americans now and days and I am happy to say that my husband is the only man I've ever been with in a sexual way (showing that I'm not a typical American sl*t). Everyone my husband works with wishes that they had a wife like me. My husband brags about how awesome I am all the time and he always tells me that I'm the best wife. Even his friend told me that I should get wife of the year. They all think I'm hot, witch goes to show that when you say I'm ugly its only because you are the one praying on pretty girls because you are not happy with yourself or the life you have. Judging by your many questions about pron you seem to be a little self conshes about yourself. You apparently have a on again off again (just so you know relationships like that never work out) relationship with a man who does not truly love you and feels the need to look at other women naked. That really must make you feel hurt. But by staying with him you let yourself get hurt. Stand up for yourself and kick him out. Go find a guy who will love you for who you are and who will respect you. But don't come on here insulting me just to make you feel better. My post was merely a joke, yet it got best answer so it had to of counted for something don't ya think? Well, its been real but I have a life I need to get back to.

Don't do the sit ups very day, do them every other day for starters. Pilates might help a lot. Also, cut Coca-Cola or any sugar soda.
