I know the system sucks and Legal Aid is pretty much out of money.
Keep track of the progress of the case in regard to the police. Ensure you have signed proper statements and see what the DA will do about prosecution.
Inform the children that if that scum touches them again or even threatens them --- they need to call 911.
I'm sorry to hear of these events and do what you can do - but legally. You don't want to get into trouble yourself.

Go to the media NOW!
Have your son tell his story on camera.
No man should break a child's nose no matter how bad the child was being.
There are other options.
There are probably attorneys willing to help you pro bono.
Call everyone and keep bugging them and document everything.
Your 13 year can tell DSS he does not feel safe at home.

you need to of in no way made preparations outdoors of the courtroom. Do you've evidence that you've paid her each month for the perfect besides the undeniable fact that many years? i wish so. I wouldnt enable her blackmail you, i might want to bypass into courtroom as a accountable guy and practice although evidence you've that you've been paying her. yet they nevertheless may require back funds for the time you probably did not pay her. you'll get a courtroom appointed criminal specialist or deal with it on your own. both way, manage it the position theres documented evidence of what you're paying and get it out of how. it would want to be hollow threats from her, you'll in no way know till you're attempting.

A nice gun would get rid of the man that likes to beat up on kids. But be sure your friends will back your alibi before you do it. If you are scared, then remeber it is the welfare of your kids you are worried about.
