i don't think so..even if someone thinks they are being discreet about it, at least one person will probably see. just go to a bathroom or some other place that's close by adn gives u privacy..unless you're not embarassed about it..then just go ahead i dont care if i see someone do it, but i wouldn't do it..it's just a personal thing

no it is not ok. especially when someone sees you. its not right to do that in a public place, its not like someone seen your wedgie they just see pants. so next time wait until u get in the car.

NO - pulling at anything that's under your clothes in a public setting is just gross (and if your panties are that stuck up your crack that you feel the need to pull on them, it probably means you need to be buying the next bigger size).
