Okay, thanks! Or maybe I'll sned her and her other friend to a PG-13 movie together to watcher her first PG-13 movie with a friend as of the age 13. Oh, and maybe I'll convince my mom to let her ride front seat =D

Manicure with lunch and maybe movie...ditch the bf for the day! Let her have the best birthday ever and then brag about it to psycho girlie!

take her to her first pg-13 movie. and then buy her all the snacks and soda she could possibly want.
better yet jsut spend the entire day there. watch every pg-13 movie theyve got playing. and take her out to the fancy dinner and ask the host/hostess for two adult menus.

well a movie hmm not a good idea i would ask her what she likes or doesnt like for your birthday if she ever rejected your gifts or never has fun in parties but to my mind i would bring a pysco party by making your friends be pyscho if she never did something in her life u have time and interact with friends because it will help her attidude it doesnt matter if she likes it see im a freshman and i talk to seniors because i have only one friend so if i can do it then YOU CAN DO IT !!!!!!!!

invite her friends over throw a little B.B.Q., buy her a cake, have everyone sing Happy Birthday to her, but before all that decorate the place or the backyard. Or just all her friends go bowling. It all depends how much money are you planning to spend.

Does she like to shop? I love to give girls this age gift cards, like to Claire's, to pick out "jewels", or to book stores if she likes to read, etc. That way they can choose something that they really want, and half the fun is in the shopping!

What does she like to do to bust loose? Roller Coaster? Concert? Does she sing /like karaoke?,... do her friends?
Make it about your sister having fun - not you - not her friends and make sure any friends that are invited know that ahead of time and that you will remind them if need be.
