Laugh once a day,

for a day without sunshine, is
like, ....night.

It's like déjà vu all over again.

When you get to a fork in the road, take it.

I never said half the things I said.

It's so crowded nobody goes there anymore.

I dont know what the world is comming to, but it is almost there...

You might just be a red neck.

If your pocket knife doubles as cheese slicer, and a toe nail cutter, .. .. ..
you just might be a red neck...

If you cut your grass and find a vehicle,
you might be a red neck.

If your family tree does not fork,
you just might be a redneck.

Forget about the past, you cant change the past. Dont dwell on it. It is past, so what.

Now what, now what are you going to do in the future, not those things in the past. That is behind you now.
Now what. Focus on the future.
Try to think of something you can plan/accomplish in the future that will make you happy. Focus on that.

May the force be with you..

Exercise with music that makes you feel good or a good comedy cd. Or go some place away from other people and throw one hell of a temper-tantrum. Kick scream throw things get it out so you can move on. Just make sure no one sees you do this cause it would take alot of explaining to the police.

As is written in the Bible and in Readers Digest, LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE
I find the humor I like the best in British Sitcoms, and old movies - today's idea of comedy often only annoys me more. I love Laurel & Hardy, I Love Lucy, and the older comics like Jack Benny, Milton Berle. But everyone has their own taste in comedy.
What's yours, comic books, cartoons, old comdey movies, old TV show like TV Land etc.
books etc. Spend more time with what ever turns you on and makes you smile, laught, feel good.

Monty Python and The Life Of Brian. Or Monty Python and The Search for the Holy Grail is good too.

"Life's a piece of s*** when you look at it..." and so the rest of the song goes. Enjoy.
