This is your house and you have every right to live there without seeing your granfather naked. Talk to him if you dont think it will work, his wife. If not the your parents. if they dont see the problem then insist on moving out for a month and demand that they put you up in a hotel. Believe me that will get their attention pronto. Amp up the drama and demand in no uncertain terms your right not to have to view your granfather in his underwear.

I agree with Mrs. M, SHAME on you! Be glad you have grandparents who get to visit.
My mom's father died when I was 15 in 1988. My father's dad died several months later in the late winter of 1989. New Year's Day 1996 is when my great-grandma died. In 2002, my father's mother died. In April of 2003, my mom's brother, my only uncle, died. Just this past January, my last grandparent, my mom's mom, died. While I wasn't close to my father's parents, I still miss them. I miss my Granny (our family name for my great-grandma) & she's been gone 10 years. Part of me's glad my grandma's gone, seeing as she was an extremely miserable person & made those around her miserable too. Misery DEFINATELY loves company where she was concerned. The other part of me wishes she'd call my cell ph or my home ph & tell me off, tell me about some article she just read in Prevention magazine about diabetes, to ask what I'm planning for my mom's birthday this Tuesday. I get NONE of that from her or any other grandparent. All I have left is a mean, nasty, spiteful, hateful, rotten, stingy, cruel step-grandfather that I wish had died before my grandma. He won't allow me, my mother or my brother to go through my grandma's personal items. Pretty sad.
I'd give just about anything to see one of my grandparents, my Granny or my uncle again. So you being ashamed of your grandpa wandering about in his skivvies is immature, ridiculous & pathetic.
Enjoy EVERY single minute you have with him & your grandma. I saw my grandma naked LOTS of times. I'm not warped or scarred by it. I'm awed that she took such pride in herself to show me in her birthday suit. It's because of her that I have no shame in my own nakedness, no matter how much I weigh. I don't prance around outside or flaunt it. I can go to my mom's & she can change clothes in front of me & it's no big deal. I don't stare & we're both comfortable with it. I'm doing the same with my son. Now that he's almost 10, I'm showing him modesty too.

Talk to your parents and tell them how uncomfortable it makes you feel. Hopefully they will tell him not walk around in his underwear. If that doesn't work, maybe talking to your Grandmother will work. GOOD LUCK

Embrace the fact that they are still around. I didn't appreciate my grandparents and they were gone all too soon.

You obviously don't care much about them. Your grandpa shouldn't gross you out.

Complain to all who will listen. They might ask him to clothe himself simply because you united them or to shut you up. Or they could say its to shut you up when they are united. Either way, you win.
