Hello friend,
As you probably know, the subject at hand is found in Revelation
6:1-8. Just eight short verses that anyone can read, and yet few take the time to really read what God's Book says.
I have a motto regarding the Bible. "Read like you want to learn".
Read it any other way and it's perfunctory at best.
Anyway, you were asking about the horses.
Here is the simplistic answer.
1st is a "white horse" the rider is a false Christ. He has a bow (weapon, but no arrow).
2nd is a "red horse" representing war.
3rd is a "black horse" representing the famine that follows war.
4th is a "pale horse" representing death that follows famine and war.
But friend, there is so much more involved than this. And it's not really the "horses" a person needs to worry about.
I encourage you to open up God's Book and begin to ask Him direct questions about what you're reading.
But may I say, if you are not Born Again, you really need to begin there, and put first things first.
After that, His answers will be more direct and understandable.
Bless you in your search,
2 Tim 2:7

The Apocolypse was an annual horse racing event in ancient Greece. At the end of a long contest open to all entrants, the final four horses were selected for the big race.
There was always the Dark Horse, a potential come-from-behind winner, the second-place horse in the top league.
There was the number one - winner of most contests in his league, and his league dominated in points at the end of the regular season., and considered the best in his league.
The alternate favorite was the big winner in another league (historically, the Spartan league). He would have less points than the favorite, but with few inter-league races, it was impossible to say if he was a lesser or a better horse.
The fourth horse was always the previous year's winner whether he raced or not (unless he was one of the first three, then the next highest winner from last year was chosen - and the next if that failed.).
The races were organized as a 5-race playoff, extendable to 6 races in case of a draw (and the lowest rated two horses would be dropped).

for my area, the Horsemen are organic evil and care approximately no longer something yet arising chaos like the demon Azazel. White Horsemen represents Conquest, the pink, conflict, the Black, Famine and lightweight, dying. i glance at them and-for some reason-think of Fallen Angels.
