Verbs ending in "ar" are indicative mode, comer (to eat) correr( to run) platicar( to chat) Let's chat =vamos a platicar.
If, it were to be in the present progressive it should be with an ending "endo" or"ando" Estoy comiendo -I'm eating (right now) estoy platicando=I'm chatting( right now) estoy caminando=I'm walking, an so on. Cindy, don't be so mean, let it be.It is a matter of time. Do not be discouraged.
