Some doc said it's no big deal. Fact is it's kindof uneasy, depressing and on a worse extent - torturous.

Not only your chest will be all tight and heavy,
you'll get sour/ acid taste in throat.
An attack of such will leave me all exhausted and edgy.
Your stomach will be full of gas and your bowel will be all fluid.

Worst feeling comes from the tight, heavy chest coupled with pain within the ribcage and somewhere central of the chest (to the right of the heart), and stucked-feeling in the throat. At times, you'll just feel like puking.

Am on constant gastirc medcine for now, and really hope I can exercise some definite measures to do away this badd illness.

p.s. Im an active sportsman - doing running and swimming on alternate days. Don't smoke, can't drink. And my diet is all less-oil, and less-fried. And had been keeping off cold beverages for as along as I can remember. s.6.

I agree with Chapaton about getting tested for helicobacter pylori. Your doctor is wrong to say this is no big deal. Clearly this affects the quality of your life. You may need to find a different doctor who will work with you on finding a cure.

Ask for a referal to a gastric specialist and get an endoscopy done to see what's going on down there!

I was getting bad reflux for ages, and didn't worry about (a doctor told me I was too young to be worrying about that kind of thing), and finally I vomited up something that one should never vomit! I ended up in the emergency department getting all sorts of tests done, and then referred to a gastroenterologist who told me that I had Reflux Disease, and that the sphincter that opens when we eat and closes when we dont stayed open. The crux of it was that the endoscopy showed that I had minor ulceration in my oesophagus because of it.

Go get it looked at so that you can get something donre, or stop worrying about it!

You might also want to cut out things like caffeine, chocolate, soft drink and don't consume too much sugar or highly processed foods, this might help.

If he can appreciate a twin of a guy that doesn't sense he has to has this conflict he might replace. He won't choose for the argument which you having been in mattress with that guy has made you a extra appropriate individual. yet, we do meet people in life for basically segments of life and as quickly as that section is over it rather is over . it rather is unusual how frequently females of their youngsters and preteens prefer to have their boyfriends be jealous thinking it rather is romantic and love holding and a few adult men learn jealousy that way and can look to shake it. If he demonstrates controlling needs in different techniques (telling you what you should assert) you have got made a mistake. He does not ought to stay the way he's. If he's a quick fella, it may worsen.
