Some doc said it's no big deal. Fact is it's kindof uneasy, depressing and on a worse extent - torturous.
Not only your chest will be all tight and heavy,
you'll get sour/ acid taste in throat.
An attack of such will leave me all exhausted and edgy.
Your stomach will be full of gas and your bowel will be all fluid.
Worst feeling comes from the tight, heavy chest coupled with pain within the ribcage and somewhere central of the chest (to the right of the heart), and stucked-feeling in the throat. At times, you'll just feel like puking.
Am on constant gastirc medcine for now, and really hope I can exercise some definite measures to do away this badd illness.
p.s. Im an active sportsman - doing running and swimming on alternate days. Don't smoke, can't drink. And my diet is all less-oil, and less-fried. And had been keeping off cold beverages for as along as I can remember. s.6.
