We're kind of friends. We just met like a month ago, but I really like him. He just got out of a long-distance relationship, and he wants to be in a more real relationship. What can I do to convince him to be in a relationship with me?

All you have to do is just be yourself. If he likes you, then he likes you. If he doesn't then it's time to move on. You can't really force him to like you back.

Just tell him the truth. I know guys and guys hate it when girls play little tricks or do things where they have to decode the behaviour.
Tell him straight up that you like him and that you want to try a relationship. Honesty is key. Good luck and have fun. =)

You cannot force someone to like you. Just be yourself. Be nice. Be friendly. If you be yourself and he likes you, great. Otherwise is isn't meant to be.
