Did you think that if you committed a murder on Friday but were not "caught" until Monday the statute of limitations would have run out?
You have a drinking problem and now is a great time to attend alcoholics annonymous. Maybe if you suggest this to your principal he will work with you.

Well, as you admitted it he has all of the proof that he needs! No need to get a breath test since you were so (stupidly) cooperative.
There's no real time limit on when the citiation can be issued. Saturday to Monday would be no big deal at all.
Don't know what state you're in, but a charge of minor under the influence will cost you your driver's license until your 21st birthday in many states. You don't need to be driving for this to happen.
Better get a lawyer!

In the context it was used, the officer meant alcohol and you knew that- unless you're a 3rd grader attending a high school football game. You're screwed. If you want to claim that you didn't understand the purpose of the officer's question and claim you though he meant "drinking" as in water, you might get-off but at the expense of riding the "short-bus" to school for the rest of the year.

I suppose you drove a vehicle to the game?, Drunk?. The citation is legal, but someone would have to prove that you were in fact seen drunk on school property. underage drinking has pretty stiff penalties around here. Ky. Take it from me! Alcahol is dangerous stuff. It causes one problem after another. I wish you luck in getting out of this, But don't be drinking man!! It's tough enough out there as it is. Booze don't help!!

Sure you can be cited later. No need for a breathalyzer, you admitted to drinking in the context of an alcoholic beverage. Breathalyzer is not required because you are a minor, and you weren't caught driving. The level of acohol in your blood does'nt matter in this case because as a minor any alcohol is illegal. Your admission of guilt is all that is needed in this case. You can try word games all you want, but your got, and there's no way around it. Man up, and take your medicine.

First you should know that any offense witnessed or sited on school grounds and /or related to school activities are governed by the shool officials and you have near NO rights. sorry.
however let me add, an officer of the law, if he witnesses an offense, he CAN file a complaint, if its "misdemeanor", up to 12 mos after the offense has occured.

Sounds like there is no evidence for a criminal case but more importantly you need to worry about the consequences at school. Go to school on Monday dressed nicely, and be very humble and apologetic.
