I don't think it matters as long as you're healthy and happy. Your weight also depends on your bone structure (there actually is such a thing as big bones!!), and how much muscle you have, and you might have a mix of muscle and fat, so....

anyway, I think there's always a guy out there for everyone, and there's always someone who will think you are beautiful, so don't worry bout it!!!

It depends on your skeletal structure as well. If you have a large frame, then you can get away with an extra 10 to 20 pounds usually. Generally, I think of "fat" as being over 200 pounds. For most girls, 150 to 175, I'm more likely to think she's "thick" or "voluptuous" or "chunky". Anyway don't worry about it too much. Don't focus so much on what people think, but instead focus on being healthy. Lose weight for yourself, not anyone else.

Your BMI classifies you as borderline obese. Of course that ignores muscles and bone, you might simply be a strong girl. A lot of people, especially in america, are in an extreme state of denial over what a healthy weight is. People love to talk about how we're making everyone anorexic, but its a farce, when being overweight is overtaking smoking as the leading cause of preventable death.

To answer this specific question, i'd guess your shoulder/bust/waist/hip ratio is more significant then your specific weight.
