I'm 21, very handsome, live in NYC, have only been to 3 clubs/bars before I was 21, they were like teen-held events (including Webster Hall). I had bad experiences at each because I had no real friends who wanted to accompany me (unlike most guys who go), all the girls there were with some guys or too busy talking to their girlfriends. But now I'm 21 and figure things could be different due to my wider range of places to go, but I'm still scared because what if I encounter the same problems as last time?
I mean are there really women who go to these places to have sex? We hear people guys talk about it so much, yet I hear so many women despise of it. I lack the skills to initiate and close the deal, but can carry a convo. Will the guys there be a problem? Too many guys at a bar/club could steal one's thunder or intimidate even, like it did to me.

You seem like a great guy with no confidence. Women go for guys who seem sure of themselves. Other guys like to intimidate guys who act nervous. Stay calm and smile alot. Women love that. Build up your confidence and I bet you meet someone worthwhile. Hope this helps.

It's always intimidating going to a new club for the first time, but go on and check it out. Of course they'll be lots of guys, but the girls there are likely able to see through their bull. So go there, be yourself and then at the end give her your number. If she wants more then that she'll make it known. Have fun and good luck hun. =)

Get some self esteem. Girls are attracted to confident guys. And yes, some girls do go to bars just for sex.

Yes, there are girls that go to clubs for sex. And they don;t like guys that don't have confidence and get intimidated. So suck it up and get some.
Look, most of those guys are big ******* anyways, so walk with confidence and you'll be alright.

Go to the clubs/bars early. Watch for women who come in alone or with another woman friend and are 'dressed to kill'. They're usually on Man Hunt. If they appear to be regulars (and you can usually tell), ask the bartender if they're waiting for someone.

Hiu yes there are a lot of woman who do that because there bar room junkies ....I personally dont but i know alot of woman do i really dont think woman like myself belong in an environment like that anyway unless i was with my man but be careful lots of diseases out their..And bar rooms are like a meat market im al set..

but you lack on confidence and fear of ther competition is why
you do not belive it happens
there are plenty of sluts out there
they just want a confident guy
guys like you need not apply
so either grow a pair and get over your fears
or always be the outsider looking in and wondering

Yes, at least there used to be. I quit going to bars and clubs though when I found out I was pregnant with my ex's baby.
