true friends r as hard to find as true love. so if i knew u like me i would back off and let u let him down easy. that way it doesn't effect our friendship. after all u and him has nothing to do with me. then after he is over it. i would let my intentions toward u out. if it is done rt and with tact in the end the friend will not hate u. maybe that doesn't seem important, but i have seen relationships destroyed by an angry hurt friend.
he has that strong of a bond with his friend it shows he has morals and thats a rare quality. he cares about peoples feelings another rare quality.
have u ever heard nothing in life comes easy. this is one of those times. it doesn't sound like he is giving up, but trying to keep from hurting his friend. he is in a akward postion and sounds like he is trying his best with the situation at hand.
i think he is on the rt track it will depend on u letting the friend down EASY
good luck

Asking you what you think of his best friend and what kind of boyfriend you want is not ignoring you.
They're waiting for you to give one of them a green light to proceed, at which point the other one will step out of the way. Of course, if you don't make a decision, they may both decide you're just playing games and walk.

All you youngsters do on this site is play relationship games and ask dumb questions. Everyone is always asking someone else to speak for them. If you like someone, speak directly to them in a friendly way and go with the flow. Cut out all the other crap!!!!

Only if you both make a move on her. If only one guy makes a move, it's fair.
