I want to track and monitor the ranking of my keywords on Google. What's the best software for this? I do all my other SEO work by hand; I just need an application to keep track of my progress, run reports, etc.

When did you check your websites at different tools, ranking position differ after some time software work on a specific programming language and have some logic to deliver some results.
