it seems like whenever i eat to gain weight, the weight goes to my stomach, and my arms and legs remains stick thin. This really frustrates me, as my usually loose school skirt has become real tight. I feel that i can't take it in this body anymore, and it feels so uncomfortable with such a bloated belly.

I am currently in ed recovery, and the doctor banned me from excercise.. so all i could do is hulahooping and some sit ups.. but my mum said that hulahooping after meals is bad, but the problem is, i'm always so bloated and full.

Help? I think i'm going crazy soon.. i feel like going back to the comfort of anorexia..

feeling bloated after eating is a normal thing if your not used to eating right
dont think I would want to hula hoop after eating, but then again I never would
I would think that some weight training would define your arms and legs, but since you cant do that, back to the Dr.

if you are bloated take beeno with your food and it will help keep gas from forming in your stomach, then you can eat what you need to hula hoop is fine after about 30 min.
