Considering that Bush has eradicated civil liberties guaranteed to Americans by the constitution, and spent the nation into a huge debt from which we may never recover in this generation, I consider him not only a liberal but a radical. Did I mention traitor as well?
I'd rather have a president who screws his intern, than one who screws his country.

No Bush is the opposite of a liberal. He is a conservative.
Liberals like change. They want everyone to be equal and they want peace. They also want to protect the environment and nature at all costs.
Conservatives want to get our country out of debt and they don't believe that social programs like welfare are good for the country.
They are generally religious and "old-fashioned" but lately they have been quite "liberal" with what they view as conservatism...
These are broad generalizations and not all fit into these categories. Someone in the middle is called a moderate. Most people are moderates.
There are more conservatives in the Republican party and more liberals with the Democrats. But there are shades of grey as well.
The most important thing to remember is that we need both types of people to keep our balance as a society...
To much conservatism and we could end up like the Nazis.
Too much liberalism and we could end up with a country full of Charles Mansons.
Hope that clears things up.

I dislike Liberals very much so my opinion is bias. What I can say is that Bush is a conservative and far from a liberal.
The best example of liberal V.S. conservative I can think of is that after 9-11 the Conservatives were appalled but the liberals asked what it was we did to tick them off.

Bush is a liberal Republican. More of a fence-riding moderate when it comes down to it.

. Favoring proposals for reform, open to new ideas for progress, and tolerant of the ideas and behavior of others; broad-minded.
And yes, I think President Bush is a liberal, which isn't necessarily a bad thing..

Bush is a conservative. Liberals advocate big government as the solution to society's ills, heavy progressive income taxes targeting the wealthy, large governmental social programs, exclusion of Chrisitanity from the public forum and education in any form, They tend to be pro-choice, pro-'green', and against capital punishment, and are against war for almost any reason.
They tend to be secular, and global in their viewpoints. They also tend to consider all who disagree with them dumber than doodoo.

A liberal is someone who thinks you are too stupid to decide how to spend the money you earn....so he/she must do it for you. BUT don't you dare touch THEIR money...it's sacred!
most liberals are wannabees....and envious of people who have more than they do....and want to level the playing field....because they cannot do for themselves...what the rest of us have been doing all along.

Hey silly, Bush is a puppet and he reads his speeches off a piece of paper ... he is not genuine. 'Liberal' has various shades of relative definitions ... subjective perhaps?
