Ok here's the thing I have 18 teeth left in my mouth, I could never afford insurance until now, my mom when I was younger could never afford insurance for me. So to say my teeth are really bad. I have cavities on all my teeth and I brush and floss regularly and use mouth wash. Some say it's genetics. But I am so scared to get all my teeth pulled and to get dentures, I am only 27. I am affriad that my self estem will go down, but I know that I will be able to smile again. Has anyone gone through this before and if so what did you do to boost your confidence up agian.

Also my dental coverage isn't much so I can't afford to get the fancy stuff, getting dentures is already going to cost me over 5,000$

I have had false teeth since I was 12. I had an accident and lost my front teeth. Wore a partial until I was 30 when cavities and the result of that accident caught up to me. I had them pulled. It wasn't to bad. As long as you have pain meds you should be feeling better in a few days. I finally have straight teeth something I never had as well as no chips or cavities again. You don't have to take them out when you go to bed. I just soak mine in the morning and brush them when I brush mine other bottom teeth. They go were I go. They do not come out at night. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Good luck

I was only 16 when I had to have all my teeth pulled and get a denture. If you have the right dentist, your denture will fit well and no one need know they aren't your natural teeth. I looked so good compare to the rotten teeth that were pulled, that my self confidence soared.
