Yes you do a disk reformat, but remember you will lose all your data, so if you can get a disk as stated earlier with the Trojan killer on it try that first. I would be curious to know what anti virus program is on your computer that allowed 35 Trojans in the first place! Good Luck!

Lets see If I can explain what they are trying to say a bit plainer.

Put a Installation disk in your cd drive and turn the computer off and then back on. A menu will pop up at some point and ask what you want to do.
Depending on what windows version disk you have it will ask you if you want to reformat the computer or reinstall over the old program. bascially if you have no knowledge of what your doing.
and there isn't anything REALLY important on the PC just click yes to the reformat.

You should use a start up disk and reboot your computer. Then do a fdisk and reformat your disk. Then reinstall windows and then run a virus scan preferable using Nortons, Mcafee or Avast anti-virus.
I know it will take at least 2 hrs if you know what your doing and maybe 5 to 6 hrs if you don't.
You could also take to a professional who fixes computers if your willing to spend a little money....

Get a brand new computer and make sure you get McAfee virus protection, or any other trustworthy internet threat block provider. If your computer already has 35 trojans I say that even if it were possible to be completely cleaned of them, you would have another within five minutes.

easy..
1. pop in "Windows XP Boot CD", boot it from it and install a new version of Windows.
2. During installation, it'll ask where to install it.
3. Select the same drive (C:) where it was already installed.
4. You'll be asked if you want to install a separate version or overwrite the existing version.
5. Choose overwrite and it'll format the partition and install a new version of windows.

ok there is a way to do this. You are going to need 2 very powerfull magnets. What you need to do is pull out the hard drive and take one of those magnets and put it on the hard drive. Move it around slowly making sure to touch every part of the hard drive with the magnet. Ok now for the 2nd magnet you must touch every inch of the rest of the pc with it. When that is done put everything back together and start it up. Put windows back in and you are done a brand new pc.
