drink lotsssss of waterrrrrrr
eat fruitssss anytime of the day..
drink green tea it helps burn fat
grape fruit does too
do not eat after 6pm
dont forget the 2litrs of water a day
atleast 1hr of working out (cardio) everyday 7 days a week.. well 15kg in a month, u should workout an hr everyday,,,
Ummm watelse.. eat a fist only of protein.. fish is the best... fish and veggies thats ofcourse lunch......

I dont think so, but working hard at it and changing your lifestyle will help tremendously. It is not safe to lose a lot of weight real fast. I am trying to lose weight too, it is a strugle but can be done.

yes you can lose 66 lbs. in 4 months but it won't be easy,you have a computer so use it,look up ph balance and alkaline diet,that should do the trick...

try jay robb's diet stuff i lost alot of wieght drinking his protien shakes and i think it would be better if you worked out for 2 hrs instead of 1
