ignore her. I know its sounds weird, but give her the hint you like her then just ignore her. If you guys are with a group a friends, wink at her or something stupid like that and then just talk to your friends or her friends not directly to her right away. Make her want to talk to you. Its kinda like playing mind games. "Is he really intersted or not?" Give it a try. Cant hurt too bad.

Eh, the bar scene is overdone and there's so much going on (movement, music, etc) that it's easy to get lost. Approach a girl you're interested in and strike up a conversation. Offer to go out for coffee or something. Perhaps mention "I like you" but not as in "I'm in love with you" ...keep her guessing a bit.

just be nice to her... but not too nice. a girl likes a boy who is a little hard to get.. give her some attention then back off. but let her know you like her
