The best way to loose weight is buy foods that are healthy for you, yet you need to get rid of your junk food in the house because if you have the junk food in your home you will be more likely to eat it. Just don't go Cold Turkey because it is hard to do start off slow walk around the block once a week and take away anther candy bar. This should help!

weight so so easy to put on and so hard to get off, but to get rid of it, you need lots of motivation and time. Cutting back on calories, carbs, and sugars is good, cutting portions also works, exercise is a biggie. But no matter what you do, just dont give up, even if you dont see results the first few days. It takes patiences but the end result is more than worth it! Good Luck!

Has to be your decision. Take a look at your self critically in the mirror (naked) and see if that motivates you. Why not try a good long walk every day for 2 weeks, then weigh yourself. I'll bet you notice a difference. When you walk, take a water bottle and a nutritious snack (apple, carrots, etc) so that before you get home you can have it. By doing that, when you arrive home, you're not going to head straight for the fridge. Good luck.

Just try starting to diet and start walking. Even if you hit the junk food one day - don't get down try harder the next day. I also recommend a good fat burner like Zenalean Pro
