Has anyone told you that the whole "Holy Water" concept is a Roman Catholic invention and that there is NO Bible relevance at all.... well..., have they? Read a Bible - and you'll see a great many garbage traditions heaped on men by the Roman Catholic Church. A great deal of what they do, what they have imposed have no Biblical bearing whatsoever.

uuhhmmm, water and a verbal blessing.

BTW, to the poster spitting about the Rcc - there is water mentioned in the bible for baptism's and as flowing springs from God, quite often. Water is a source of life. holy water is to remind us of our own Baptism.

It is regular, city or well water that has been blessed. Sometimes by a priest, but you can bless it yourself, too.
