If I can freeze them, how do I go about doing it (ie: wrapping them individualy, tupperware). Also, how do I defrost them, and do they still taste fresh?

THEY FREEZE WELL. YOU CAN PUT IN BAGGIES OR TUPPERWARE. WHEN YOU WANT SOME JUST TAKE THEM AND LET THEM DEFROST ON THEIR OWN. GOOD.

You can throw them in a ziploc bag and squeeze out most of the air out of the bag. They'll taste fine if you just want to throw them in the microwave. They won't taste as good as they did, but they will be fine. I live alone so I usually freeze everything. I don't have a microwave either, so if you want to throw the muffins in the oven, that works too, it just takes forever.

Yes, you can freeze muffins. Put them in freezer bags or containers. Another thing you can do is mix up your muffins, put the batter into your muffin pan, then freeze the muffins. (I have the flexible muffin pans) When the muffins are frozen, pop them out of the muffin pan, put them into a plastic bag and put them back into the freezer. When you want muffins, put them back into the muffin pan, defrost and bake. If you use a regular muffin pan instead of a flexible one you can use a butter knife to pry them out of the pan after they are frozen.
