you need to take GARLIC and FISH OIL caps...get them at cvs etc...

I don't think there is a blood pressure medicine over the counter.
B/P meds are hard to adjust to and needs to have a physician
monitoring you when you start treating it. Your pressure can raise
or drop too low.

There is no adequate over the counter anti-hypertensive medication available in the USA.
