Yeah they exist, but they have like 8 baby mamma's or they are gay. There is always something when they seem to have more than two of the future husband qualifications. Sorry gotta give my personal story. Also I'm not a man but I had to read your question anyway.
Last semester at school, I sat next to this guy who was so cute, a great dresser and smelt really good. One day in class, He told me I was beautiful ( when girls here that you know our brains get all scrambled and we will do anything for the guy) So I became very eager about learning more and possibly having a relationship with this guy.
Over like a 2 month period I got to know him and found out how great a friend he is, also that he was single, never been married, no kids and didn't want to have sex. I was really blown away. He is perfect, finally I hit the jackpot on the perfect man. Turns out I wasn't his type (such a heart breaker) even though he turned me down,because of his sexual preference, we are still good friends. You can never pass up having a great person/ friend in your life.

Well of course there are some around for the taking. You just have to be patient and not jump into a relationship just because you want a guy.

Yes, except for the "easy women" thing. It's not that we look for them, but if they're around, we'll usually go for them. Less chance of rejection, I guess.

I would say so, for the most part I would be one. I would never want an easy lady because they will be playing you and other people.

I have a number of gay friends who meet every one of your requirements.
Actually, there are a lot of straight men who are all of those things..but don't look for them in bars.
