No, it won't affect a thing. A large percentage of guys have crooked ones.
This is, of course, assuming it's not so crooked that it would be mistaken for a corkscrew. That would cause some issues.

All of them have a slant to them, it's normal. Some have MORE of a slant than others. Remember the vagina was built to handle birthing children... Its very elastic and has lots of "give". Being attentive and really in tune to your partner will get you every where in the bedroom. So don't worry...
