Awesome. If they aren't US citizens, then they have no right to live here. They can try again LEGALLY, to earn to PRIVELAGE of living in the US. There's no legal argument at all for them staying. Why waste the money on hundreds of court cases that would serve no purpose. Its easy: "Do you have a green card? No? Then get out."

The key word here I think is "Illegal". To cross the border without going though customs or having a visa is a criminal act. How about this. Instead of deporting, we throw them in prison for say 10 years. Let them out after that and then deport them.

I am seeing and reading about more deportation. Everyday people are putting a stop to illegals. I would be working on ways to show I am an doing well if I were Illegal it is their only hope to stay. Work, good personal references-from a community type organization. They are going to need it.

Well have you thought about what race those 44 people who got deported? I figure that none of them where mexican. I have friends and family that live all over Ca., and from what they tell me that they have never seen a mexican deported. Infact one of my family member told me that they will deport any other race except mexicans
