Hello friend,
You ask a question that is a bit misdirected.
Let me explain.
A person goes to Hell for one reason and one reason only...
Rejecting Jesus Christ.
Everyone who's in, or goes to Hell are all there for the same reason.
Rejecting Jesus Christ.
Now, if you were asking if suicide automatically sends someone to Hell, the answer is no.
But don't get in a hurry yet.
In God's Book, take a look at two separate men who's actions ended their own lives.
First, look at Matthew 27:3-5 and see Judas die by his own hand.
Look at what and why, think about motive stated and implied.
Next, look at Judges 16:28-30 and see Samson die by his own hand. Look at what and why, and as before, think about motive stated and implied.
Friend, here you see self inflicted deaths, but with different motives. God does not condone, promote, or in any other way want the jewels of His creation to commit suicide. He loves you, and wants you with Him for all Eternity, but He does not want you there ahead of schedule!
For a different reason than you, I also lost my wife sometime back. God was there for me, and He knows your every care and longs to be there for you too.
Please consider these passages, and ask God about what you've read, and what I've said. I am accountable to Him for my words, and don't take them lightly.
My prayers are with you.

Sigmund, the thing about committing suicide is that there is no coming back. It's permanent!!! Whatever has happened will pass and tomorrow is another day. Women, there a dime a dozen. It's alright to feel like you could die for love and it may even sound romantic or a way to get even but that dying is for books and not for you ,young man!!Embarrasment, humiliation and rejection are a part of life Talk to a family member or friend or counselor or even your Doctor or local Health Dept as a chemical imbalance could be the problem and a simple medication can clear up dreary thoughts. So please give life another chance and you will see all things come to pass. I can tell ya this, JESUS is my best friend and I confide in Him and leave all my troubles at His feet

Whenever I answer a question like this, I'm deeply aware that someone may be reading this who is seriously contemplating suicide—and I would do everything in my power to convince them not to take that final, drastic step. With Christ there is always hope.
God loves them; He loves them so much that Jesus Christ was willing to die on the cross for their salvation. And others care about them, as well (even if they have a hard time believing it). Suicide is never God's will, and even in the midst of life's worst storms we can look to Christ and discover that He truly is "an anchor for the soul, firm and secure" (Hebrews 6:19). The first step back from the brink of suicide is to turn to Christ and open our hearts to Him.
Suicide is always a tragedy—but in itself it is not the unpardonable sin. The only sin God cannot pardon is the sin of rejecting His Son, Jesus Christ. At the same time, ask God to help you be sensitive to the needs of others—especially someone who may be facing discouragement or depression. Often simply knowing that someone cares will help them turn the corner.

No one will be able to give you a supporting Scripture for this. THe Bible does talk about not destroying the body. It speaks of the body being the temple of the Holy Ghost. However, Hell is reserved for those who reject Christ, the devil and his fallen angels.

Suicide should never be an option in life, regardless of the moral implications. Life can be very hard indeed, but someone somewhere always has it harder, and the overwhelming majority of those people fight to stay alive, regardless of the pain they are in. because life is so precious life is to them. Whenever I feel bad, I know that somebody feels worse, and that knowledge humbles me and gives me perspective. And whenever I feel real good, i think about those people, and pray for them, and I'm going to pray for you, too. The only way to get knocked down in life is to first be standing up, which means when you are struggling through hardships, your dignity it revealed through your willingness to persevere. Keep fighting the good fight.

Killing yourself is probably just as much of a sin as killing someone else. And I would have to say that if you ask for forgiveness and believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sins then why not this one too? I guess it depends but I'd like to think its possible to still go to heaven. At least for some people I really hope itsstill possible.

If you read the bible carefully- pretty much nobody meets the qualifications to make it into heaven. So- if you believe such nonsense, and apparently you do, you're not getting to heaven anyway. for instance- Jesus says that you need to give away ALL of you belongings. Have you done that?
There are plenty of verses and chapters in the bible that tell you to do really horrific things. Know anybody that cheated on their spouse... well, god says to stone them to death. Know any gay people... stone them to death too.
So read the whole bible and ask yourself if it's something really worth following. It has some truly horrid guidance for us along with the good stuff. So- why would you believe one specific line over another???

It is my opinion that the scriptures do not directly address nor answer your question. I cannot tell you for sure. However, I don't think I would test my fate by doing so. Don't put God to the test. I have a personal and, a religious sense that God will allow someone into Heaven who may have killed them self. God may have pity on such a one.

I do not have my Bible in front of me, but chew on this...if you take your own life, you are denying the Lord His will in your life, so that you may fulfill your purpose. If you choose to take your own life, you will not fulfill your God-given purpose, thus denying that He is Lord of your life. Take it from me, it cannot be bad enough in this earthly life to kill yourself, especially thinking of eternal damnation to come.
Oh, and ignore the poor misinformed guy who answered before me...he takes the Bible very literally--which is not as it is meant to be taken, as times change and so do interpretations. I feel so sorry for ignorant people such as him. I hope the Lord will bless him and eventually someone wil impact his life and he will realize the mistakes he has made...but until then all we can do is pray for lost souls such as his.
