well you can always just walk up to her and say " hey" and start a friendly conversation. I know it sounds hard but as soon as you get past the "hey" part it seems to flow. Get to know her and see what she likes tell her what you like. Spend a little more time with her each time you see her. Eventually you can ask for her number, or she will ask you for yours ; ) Thats what a guy did with me and it worked so maybe it will work with you! best of luck

Don't become a stalker but find out what she likes and be a part of it in some way... then go from there. Make yourself noticed by doing something for her (small but noticable).

just be yourself, you never know what she might think of you.
start with a nice hi then ask how she's doing, don't get to comfortable with it but see what you two have in common to start with then go from there.
