There are no words which will give you a ticket to hell but there are some words which will keep you out of hell. You would not be asking this question if you do not feel a need within you. If you will ask God, He will show you how to find him. God loves his children just not all our actions. He can help you to overcome these actions some way some how. As the bible says seek and you shall find.

While it may not give you a 'grand' entrance into hell, blaspheming against the Holy Spirit is guaranteed to send you to hell.

You could try announcing (in a loud voice) about the poor management and the sloppy way things are run. Volunteer your services to get things more organized so your stay there will benefit those who already reside there.
