i need to fill a new script, but found these ones i thought i lost a while ago, and they were filled a year ago? i really...reallllly...realllllllly... need to know if they are ok to take.

Look and see if the bottle has an expiration date. My pharmacy writes it on the bottle. If not call the pharmacy that gave them to you and ask if they can look up the expiration date in their computer if you give them the information from the bottle.
If you cannot figure out the expiration date ask the pharmacy your question. They would be the best judge of how old your medicine is because they would know how old the medicine is they stock.
