It is coming up on the three year aniversery of my mothers passing. She passed away Sept 18. She was 52 and the first person I ever knew or was close to to die. Since that day, me and my three sisters lives have changed dramatically. I just keep thinking, I know she wasnt ready to go, and I know she has to have something she could say to help us get our lives back. We depended on her so much, too much and the family was torn apart after she left this life. I think it would help to know she was ok. I have read on the board alot of things about spirts and heaven. And some of the people here claim they can talk to them.
Any info would be greatly apreciated.

Thank you for your quick answers. I dint mean to upset anyone and I have no intentions of doing anything that would go against the bible. I just read to many things about people talking to there loved one here I guess.. Thanks anyway

I am so sorry for your loss. My mother passed away many years ago but the hurt of her not being there is always with me. There is nothing that can ever bring her back but in time the happier memories will out weigh her passing. It will always be a want in your heart for her to be there and a desire to ask her the questions that you have. You don't need help talking to her. You can talk to her all the time as if she were right there with you and the feeling in your heart of what she might say maybe not the words themselves but the feeling of what she would want will come through and that is her coming to you. I am sensitive to the spirits, I have seen some and felt them, and some have talk to me. BUT I never really purposely seek them.
I know a woman that has to be the most gifted on this planet, she can do what you seek without a problem.
You can do it on your own, I'll try an help, start out with sincere prayers to our Lord, these Spirits are spiritual, your mother will hear you, be sincere and compassionate, do this for weeks if you have to, also go to her grave site, sit and talk to her for at least fifteen minutes, and pray to our Lord. it's a fast way to tune in to the spiritual world, you can also hold an personal item of hers as you pray and talk to her, and if it happens, you want to either see her Spirit, or feel her presence, make sure all lights are out when you sleep, they come when the lights are out more, and you also can tune in more on a rain day, better with thunder and lighting out. Don't be scare, they don't want to scare you, you may feel a touch, or she may even talk to you, especially if you know she there, talk to her, she'll talk back as long as she knows it's not going to scare you. They are the same people they were before. I learned a lot in the past two years, I had this gift all my life and was afraid to use it, I thought it was normal, until it got stronger, with Angels and family Spirits fom Heaven, and some ghost, ran into one one day at work, I work at a hospital, it was heading for the light, when we kinda crash into one another, I was a bit jumpy for a few weeks after that one, Keep trying, and let me know if you connect...... may the good Spirits be with you!:)

Sorry to inform you, but this is not possible. The people you see on TV are very fake. They play off of a small amount of info you give them and take it from there, guessing but disguising it to get more info out of you. If you really want some closure, open your eyes and ears and pray about it. You will not get a response from your loved one, but the Lord will calm your heart and let you know that everything's ok. You also may not get a response right away, or an audible response, but have faith and your answer will come.
I also agree with those who answered before me in that it is very much a demonic response (if you go through someone who claims to be able to talk to the dead and receive a response).

There are many people who have lost loved ones and who would desperately like to be able to talk with them again or receive messages from them. This desire is understandable, but contacting the dead is not permitted by God according to the Bible. The attempt is a sin against God and results in either deception or involvement with demonic entities impersonating the dead.
I urge you, as strongly as I know how, not to dabble or get involved in anything to do with occult practices, including this one. At best, they are deceptive and fraudulent; at worst, they can involve you in matters which are satanic in origin.
"The Bible is very clear that such things are false and will only lead you away from God and His truth. In the Old Testament God commanded, 'Let no one be found among you ... who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord' (Deuteronomy 18:10-12).
"The Bible urges us to turn in faith to Christ and to seek the truth He has given us in the Bible. God's Word alone gives us spiritual truth; any other path will lead us astray. Occult practices will never tell us with finality what is beyond the grave, but because of His resurrection we can know from Christ everything we need to know."
It is critically important for anyone who has been involved in this or any other occult practice to confess it to God as a sin, renounce the practice, and turn to Jesus Christ for His forgiveness, cleansing and protection. Consultation with a Gospel-preaching pastor may be wise. A book such as "The Bondage Breaker" by Neil Anderson has been helpful to many. It would be available through a Christian bookstore.

I don't suggest you pursue this avenue of contact with your beloved mother. I'm sure you loved your mother very much. However, it is my understanding of God's Word that the type of contact that you may pursue is forbidden in scripture. This is nothing personal against you but, this is the way that I must respond to your question. I'm sure your mom was a great person who made it to Heaven. If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, someday, you will see her again in the clouds of glory. The answer my dear, is that you will just have to wait.

It a theory when it rains people are getting there angels wings,I remember when my Mom passed away all it did was rain,it also a theory that if you can scent the person that passed or something it means the person that died is saying hello to you.

I'm sorry to hear about your Mom - you must miss her very much. But people who claim to contact the dead are lying. They will just take your money and pretend to speak to the departed. It might make you feel better, but it's just a scam. Peace to you, I know it's hard - I lost my dad two years ago.

It's call necromancy ...and no it is not OK...it opens a person up to demonic influence..don't even attempt it . Outlawed in the bible.
You need a relationship with Jesus Christ who is the only one who can speak to the living and the dead.

You won't find that. What you will find is either a scam at best, or at worst demons impersonating passed loved ones.
