The problem is interrelated with kidneys, prostate and the epididymis getting infected. The veins that are hard and enlarged is what is termed in medical parley as epididymitis and when the testis is also involved it is then called epididymo-orchitis, which is normally the situation. What is required at present is a suitable course of antibiotics, and maybe a combination of Injection Ceftriaxone along with oral Doxycycline and Metronidazole would help. Until the infection is cleared at all the places where it has lodged, recurrences are likely. Restriction of cohabitation is advisable and if unwilling or not possible, condoms should be used.

ok, first....this is NOT normal. You should not have an excess amount of pimples in your scrotum that continue to burst and bleed. You have a serious medical condition that you need to ask a doctor about. You may have an STD if you have had a sexual partner recently. Some men get pimples in that area, and they may cause a little pain, but they tend to disappear with no problem. They should not be growing to an abnormal size and have liquids coming out of them. Please consult with a doctor soon and get treated. second - wearing tight pants and panties is definitely NOT helping, so stop doing it.

It's called a varicocele and it can and should be excised, it won't go away and you can't take the pain shots for ever. See a urologist, that's a fairly simple, outpatient procedure.

12 years in urology.
PS see an American doctor. this has nothing to do with your epididymis, the tube that transports sperm to the prostate before ejaculation. If this is vascular, it hasn't anything to do with the testis, it has to do with the blood supply to the testis.
