Were you ordered into the Drug & Alcohol program as a term of your probation? If so, the info was not "leaked". It was given legally. This info can be used against you.

When you are placed on probation, you usually are giving up certain of your constitional rights since you are under the jurisdiction of the court and the probation is part of your sentencing. As a juvenile probation officer, if I think that one of my clients is violating his probation, I have the right to order a urine drug screen or a breathalyzer, and the client must comply within one hour of my request. Failure to do so can result in the filing of a detention order. That will put the client into a facility until the court orders his release. Once released, the client may be put on electronic monitoring or house arrest.

Kriss, I read through all your questions, it's pretty clear what happened. I'll try to hit this point by point for you, see if it helps.
If the drug testing was part of the probation requirements, the PO would get the results, and would act accordingly.

If your private doctor released information to a parole officer without being ordered by the court to do so, he's in violation of state law. Still may not keep the PO from revoking your parole.

If you're worried about the PO revoking your parole because your test was positive, he can't just "get" a warrant. He has to ask a judge to issue it and explain the circumstances. I'm not sure how he would explain that a pee test just happened to land on his desk?? Judge might have a problem with that.

My bigger concern is that you're doing drugs while on parole. You have GOT to get your **** together, once you cross the line into the adult records and out of juvie all this stuff sticks, it's forever, and there's no turning back. Get into treatment, get into rehab, and get ready for the rest of your life to be better. I'm pulling for you to succeed.

On Monday morning, bright and early, be adult enough to go see your PO, and talk it out. If he wants you to go to treatment, agree to go to treatment, then go. It'll be the best move you ever made. Luv, Suz

if you are in a court ordered program they are required to give your probation officer the results of your program. Since esp if this is a probation requirement that you take the program.

In a state ordered program as a term of your probation, failure to pass or take the program can cause your probation to be violated.

Most likely they will give you a warning and change you to closer probation level.

1. Why are you setting yourself up for failure?

2. Haven't you had enough?

3. You've got people to help you assimilate back into society. Don't blow it. They are not reporting you because they hate you. They are trying to help you, by cutting off temptations at the chase.

4. Stay clean. Surround yourself with good people and good things will happen.

5. Talk to your officer about getting career training for the future. There's nothing like a good goal to strive for. It keeps you going and reaching for excellence within yourself.

Good Luck and Warm Regards.

people here don't care about you because to them you are a worth less criminal, fuqem.

1. the rules of confidentiality are, he has to rat if you plan to or have killed someone. (or physically harmed them in a serious manner.), if you have tried to or plan to kill yourself and finally, if a minor below the age of 16(in most states) is in or was in danger

2. if the rules mentioned in section 1 are not related to the matter at hand then the information was collected illegaly and you can file a lawsuit against that shrink and he will lose is practicing licence.

Are you seeing him and being tested as part of your probation requirements? If so, he can use that info. Refraining from drug and alcohol use is a generally a condition of probation, so you should expect a probation violation.

First of all your shrink sucks! As far as the old drug test I doubt they will act on that now, at least to the extent of incarcerating you at this point. If anything they will extend your probation time and do more frequent random testing.
