hmmm..,i wonder, how intense do you run..
mayby you overdoing it..,seeing doc would be good idea..,one specialized in sports would be good choice..,he prolly can test you, while running..indoor too.
as you describe it,seems that your bloodflow in your face and brain, doesnt flow as it should, that would explain the higher presure too..,anyway i think you should go see a doc.

You really should see a doctor just to be sure all is okay. But I wanted to tell you that I've suffered a similar problem my entire life. I get beat red when I run. I get headaches 80% of the time. I have perfect blood pressure.I'm in my 30s and I normally jog three days a week. My docs say all is okay. This is just the way I am. So, this might just be you. But please get checked out to be sure.

you should go to the doctor as having high blood pressure at 11 is a little young. i would ask him about the
headaches they could be from the elevated bp but you definitly need to go to the doctor i would slow down on the running until you see him.

I have the same thing!!!!! everytime i run, i would get dizzy and have headaches, my couch told me to not sit down right after i finish running because it makes you get headaches and feel like throwing up, you should stay standing and walk a little until you feel better, but if it doesnt work, see a doctor

If you have high blood pressure at only 11 years old, Honey, then you should see a doctor. Talk with your parents.
Good luck!

I think you need to talk to your mother ,I also think you may have low blood sugar level ,try to eat a healthy low GI carbohydrate like ,grain bread a yogurt or fruit ,a banana before you exercise and see if that helps and slow down a little when you feel it coming on.

I get those very often.Don't worry you won't need to see a doctor.Try not to bounce when you run. Then when you do get home prop yourself up at about a 70 degree angle turn off the lights and turn on the TV quietly.

Have you discussed this with your parents? If you're eleven, and have high blood pressure, I think that a doctor's visit is in order.
