im having a hard time with the fat in my lower belly it seems to be the most stubborn place to burn fat

Keep doing your cardio, some pilates for lower abs, and put a limit on these foods: cheeses, sodas, fast foods, fried foods, sweet treats. Avoid eating late at nite as the food doesn't get burned off as easily, during the day the food gets burned off. Cut your portions in half especially at night. Alot of this has to do with the foods you are eating, fatty, or sweet foods seem to accumulate there.
